ABOUT THIS PROPERTY

The property comprises a most attractive chalet style residence built in the 1970?s and standing in a delightful well stocked garden setting. There is a wide frontage with a shaped lawn and stocked flower and shrub borders. A block paviour driveway leads to a detached garage and there is also a matching pathway to the opposing side abutted by a good size lawned area which leads through a wooden gateway to an area of side garden which is paved and has an aluminium framed greenhouse. The property itself is entered via a covered entrance with outside light and sealed unit part glazed panelled front door leads to the reception hall which has a useful understairs cupboard, wood block flooring, central heating thermostat and two storage cupboards, one housing the meters. A small paned glazed door leads to a very attractive living room at the rear of the property which has a large picture window overlooking the rear garden and sealed unit double glazed sliding doors to a UPVC conservatory which has a tiled floor. To the front of the property, there is a separate dining room or main bedroom with an adjacent bathroom and WC. The well appointed kitchen was refitted approx. three years ago and is comprehensively fitted with an excellent range of cupboards and drawers and also includes an integrated fridge/freezer and a ?Neff? combination steam oven together with a warming drawer. The rear garden is a particular feature of the property and measures around 80? in depth. Immediately along the rear elevation there is a well maintained paved patio area which has outside lighting and exterior electrical supply. There is a UPVC personal sealed unit double glazed door to the garage which has electric, light and power. The garden itself has areas of lawn with established trees and shrubs, a fishpond and further access to a good sized side garden where there is a return gateway to the front of the property and further outside lighting and electrical supply. There is also outside water tap. The rear garden has a number of established fruit trees, a magnolia and fig tree. An interior inspection of this very attractive home is thoroughly recommended.
