ABOUT THIS PROPERTY

Dating from 1899 and originally part of the this property Estate, Widworthy Cottage was acquired by the present owners in the early 1970?s at the time Widworthy Drive was developed to replace Widworthy House. Occupying a rarely found sought after elevated location with distant views over Poole Harbour and The Purbeck Hills and yet within walking distance of Broadstone village centre. Still retaining many features, the house warrants immediate internal inspection.

From the entrance hall a door leads into the superb sitting room which is of a generous size and has the benefit of a gas burning stove within a fireplace. Both from here and the hallway, a door leads into a large kitchen/dining room where there is a boiler cupboard housing a recently installed gas boiler. A glazed door leads to the rear of the house. The entrance hall also serves a cloakroom in addition to a garden room with triple aspect overlooking the grounds together with views over Broadstone, Poole Harbour and The Purbeck Hills.
