Directions Brooklands is very close to Whalley high street and easy to find. Leave Whalley along King Street crossing the river bridge and proceed up the hill past the Bridge End properties. Turn right into Longworth Road, directly before Billington Brass Band Club. Proceed for approximately 100 yards and the property can be found on the left hand side. In the distance you will see Longridge Fell, Waddington Fell, Wiswell Moor and Pendle Hill. The same views are enjoyed by bedroom 2. The master en-suite shower room consists of a cubicle with mermaid panels and a thermostatic shower, low suite wc and a washbasin/vanity unit. Ceramic wall and floor tiling, towels warming on a chromed ladder radiator. Bedroom 2, another large double, has a cast iron fire surround which is a cosmetic focal point, something you'll also find in bedroom 3. The stylish house bathroom comprises a panelled bath, quadrant shower cubicle with thermostatic shower and mermaid panels, low suite wc and a washbasin/vanity unit. Ceramic wall and floor tiling and a glazed toiletries cabinet. For your towels, a tall chromed ladder radiator. Outside To the front a stone walled garden with gateposts and a metal gate; a stone flagged footpath leading to the front door. Enjoying a plot much wider than the property, there is a two-car width drive to the side, laid with stone setts, with a further pebbled area for additional parking if required. Basking in warmth and light on a sunny day the south facing rear garden is generous by any standards.
