A delightful cottage, centrally located in the village within the beautiful conservation area and between the local excellent pub restaurants, all within a 2 minute walk. Nearby little known backwater location, almost anonymous to the passer by. The owner has carried out a large-scale renovation during 2018/2019 and the property is presented to a high standard. Deceptively spacious the light infused accommodation comprises an open plan ground floor - lounge/diner/kitchen with underfloor heating, whilst on the floor there are two bedrooms; a double and a single, with a three piece shower room. Outside there is an off-road parking space for one car on the forecourt. (619 sq ft/57.5 sq m approx/EPC: C).

The stylishly appointed bathroom consists of a large walk-in shower tray with a glass screen and a Grohe thermostatic shower, washbasin/vanity unit with a Grohe monobloc mixer tap and a low suite wc. The floor is tiled as are three of the walls. Towels warm on a chromed ladder radiator and there is a shaver socket and fitted wall mirror.

Outside - a concrete forecourt with private off street parking for one car and space for a table, bench, chairs to sit on.
