" This home has been owned by the same family since the 70`s. Positioned on a great plot set back from the road on Laneside Road in Haslingden. Haslingden is a town in Rossendale Valley, just 16 miles north of Manchester. The name means `Valley of the Hazels`. Approached from the A680 Manchester Road , the location is ideal for commuting into Rawtenstall and Bury together with being only a short drive from the by-pass allowing easy motorway access .
