" A stunning and spacious 3 bedroom property in the desirable location of Marsh House Lane on Lisbon Drive, Darwen. This beautiful family home is close to great local schools and nurseries with easy access to local amenities in the town centre.The road outside the property is very wide offering ample parking space.

The property has a garden to the front with a lawn. A flagged path leads us to the front door. The windows and doors are double glazed with upvc frames.

This is fantastic. The décor is neutral with a laminate floor. There is a electric log burner effect fire with stone base set into the chimney breast. There is space in here for large sofas plus additional furniture. We will now go through to the... The Beautiful kitchen is very impressive.

Now this isn‘t your average kitchen, it is enormous! Fitted in a grey high gloss with a contemporary worktop. There is an integrated electric oven, built in microwave, 5 ring gas burner hob with stainless steel extractor hood, fridge, and integrated dishwasher. There are spotlights in ceiling and a large window overlooking the Conservatory. Leading from the Kitchen you enter the Utility Room, this is also very impressive, the units are mirrored from the kitchen, this room has an integral washing machine and freezer.
