Turning onto Garnett St, which is a one way street, this property is the last house on the left and can be identified by an Ainsworth Lord Estates TO LET Sign.

Entering the property through the front door, you enter the vestibule, which leads into the main frnt lounge.

The Front Lounge is a decent sized room with a feature fireplace and inset living flame Gas Fire. There's a large double glazed window with verticle blinds and curtains.
Like the rest of the property, the decor is neutral.

Access to the Kitchen Diner is from the lounge, and at the back of the property.
This well-equipped kitchen benefits from fitted wall and base units, a built-in oven, hob and extractor.
