" Ainsworth Lord Estates Ltd is pleased to offer for sale this Large End Terraced property for sale in a popular residential part of Darwen.

This property is on Anyon Street which is just off Olive Lane, and adjacent to a Brand New Housing Development - just East of Darwen Town Centre.

This property is a Large Garden Fronted End - Terraced house, that used to be a shop many years ago.

Entering the property through the main front door, there is a vestibule which leads into the main hallway.
From the hallway, on the left, is on of the front Reception Rooms (3.65m x 3.5m).

At the end of the hallway is the back Living Room

(5m x 4.1m). This is one of the largest rooms in the property and has a large back window overlooking the back yard. There's also a UPVC door that leads into the back yard.

To the left of the back room is a small triangualr shaped kitchen, which measures 3m in length and is 2m at the widest point.

From the kitchen there is the third Reception Room. This is a large room. This room is what would have been the shop part, many years ago. It measures... 5.4m at the front, is 5.5 metres deep, and tapers off to 2.6m towards the kitchen. (As it's on a gable end, this room is wedge shaped).

Access to upstairs is from the main hallway.
At the top of the stais there is a good sized landing.

The Second Bedroom

(4.75m x 2.2m) is also at the back of the property and benefits from a large window that overlooks the rear yard.
