" FULL DESCRIPTION On approach to this property you immediately notice how well presented it is, it´s a garden front Edwardian Terraced Property close to Bold Venture park.

The front Garden is enclosed with Black Wrought Iron railings and gate. There is a Shale Bed finished with Decorative Pots.

On entering the property you open a Stunning original Black High Gloss Front door which has a most attractive Swarovski door handle.

From here you lead into the Main Hall which has a laminate floor and it´s decorated in a modern neutral colour.

The first room on your right is the Front Reception Room, (5.58m x 3.56m) The two main features in this room are a fantastic Lime stone fire surround and a superb gothic style living flame gas fire that´s set on a marble hearth, it´s also has a large Bay window, again its decorated in a neutral colour and has a new modern fitted carpet.
The lighting in this room is single spots to the ceiling and this room is also complimented with original coveing.

Moving into the Second Reception room

(4.71m x 3.96m) as you come into this room it has a wood flooring that runs through into the kitchen, there is a replica fire place the same as the one in the Front Living room so it's a Lime stone surround with a gothic fire place, sat on a marble hearth, again the lighting in this room is single spots to the ceiling, excellent size room, from here you lead into the Kitchen which is Amazing...

The Kitchen (3.21m x 2.10m) Is Outstanding,
Comprising of a double oven, an integral Beer pumps which also chills wine... The Wall and Base units are a White High Gloss finish and the splash backs are a modern turquoise acrylic which really finishes the kitchen and really adds colour as the rest of the kitchen is white, the work tops are granite work tops and they just look like the Nougat bars you can buy with the coloured jelly segments in, it looks fantastic and that runs the whole way around the Kitchen. The cooking appliance is a five ring gas hob and a stainless steel extractor fan, again the sink is granite which is square, It´s such a modern kitchen and suits the house perfectly. You'll have to see it to appreciate it.

Leading from the Kitchen there are a set of patio doors which leads you out onto a terraced area which is surrounded by bamboo fencing, i can just imagine how relaxing it would be to sit outside in the summer...

Moving upstairs.....

At the rear of the property is the Family Bathroom

(2.42m x 2.91m).
Which is a fantastic size, it´s a four piece suite in white, Large Shower Cubicle, with a fantastic shower head, family bath, low level WC, vanity sink unit, the tiling is very unique its large white tiles horizontally laid and the feature are horizontal oblongs with slate pieces inlaid.
Single spotlights to the ceiling, solid wood panel door and its complimented with a ceramic tiled floor.

Moving back to the landing you then enter the Rear Double Bedroom (3.84m x 2.94m), fantastic size it has original built in wardrobes but they've changed the doors to give it a modern feel, enough space for a double bed and a set of drawers again it´s a really good size and finished in a neutral colour, single spotlights to the ceiling and finished with a plush carpet.

Moving along the landing you enter the ' Master Bedroom' which is at the front of the property, again this is a superb room it has fantastic mirrored wardrobes which are built in on four mirrored panels, it houses a very large bed and the decor is a fantastic feature wall, this room has 2 main windows so it´s nice and bright again the lighting is single spots to the ceiling and it is finished with the traditional wood paneled door. It´s really luxurious in this room.


Going down to the Basement... which has been converted into a Double Bedroom and a Separate Wet Room which is fantastic.
The Double Bedroom

(4.30m x4.37m) has a built in storage feature so no wardrobes needed in here also from this bedroom there is a set of patio doors which lead you out onto a flagged court yard.

The Wet Room

(2.76m x 2.66m) is completely tiled, it comprises of a Large Shower Space, low level WC, ornate Sink and a heated towel rail.
