Upstairs….

The stairs to the first floor are situated between the front lounge and kitchen/diner.
At the top of the stairs, to the right, is a Large beautifully decorated Master Bedroom with a lovely carpet. As you can see from the pictures there are fitted wardrobes along one wall that offers loads of storage for your clothes (and shoes and handbags, ladies!).

Across the landing to the rear of the house, we have a gorgeous modern and recently fitted bathroom. As you can see from the pictures, it's well nice, with tiled walls and floor, and all you need for a modern fully functioning family bathroom. There's a nice chrome towel radiator to warm those fluffy towels and ample space for a laundry basket and other bits and bobs….

The Second Bedroom

(call it a small double), also at the back of the house is the next room along the landing.
Here we have a nice simple good-sized room, You can see from the pictures it benefits from nice decor and carpets.

The Attic Room… is accessed by a concealed staircase situated in the Second Bedroom.
This attic room makes a perfect home office (as seen in the pictures) or might lend itself well to a teenager's bedroom? you can have that debate yourself…..

Back down stairs….

There is a large cellar in the basement of this property (we have no pictures because the current occupiers, have been preparing to move and have a load of things boxed up down there).
There are 2 rooms in the cellar. One to the front of the house, which reminds me of a bloke's tool room. The other room at the rear of the house is more of a utility room but that's up to you….

The back door of the house is in the cellar, and it leads out into a huge clean, tidy, and perfect yard. There is a small Garden to the house which is across the back lane adjacent to the yard which is adjacent to the Private Parking Space, that is next to the Garage, all of which is very private and easily accessed from the main road.

So… all in all we have a lovely property here, with loads of features not often found with this type of property.
