" Ainsworth Lord Estates Ltd is very pleased to be offering this nice spacious 2 bed terraced for rent in the Whitehall Area of Darwen.

We are offering another high standard property for rent in one of the best areas of Darwen and as everyone knows, we only do nice properties and they go fast. This will be no different, so have a quick read, check out the pictures and book your viewing TODAY before it's too late!

As you enter the front door the first room you come to is the Main Living Room, or Reception Room as people call them these days. Here we have a spcaious lounge with a feature fireplace and new carpets.

At the back of the house is the spacious Kitchen Diner.... recently kitted out with a modern kitchen affording plenty of cupboards and worktop space. As you would expect there's a space with plumbing for a washer. The floor beneifits from new vinyl cushion flooring.

A back door leads out from the kitchen to a spacious clean and tidy rear yard which faces south west - great for sun worshippers (when we get some sunshine).

There's also a door that leads to the cellar.

The stairs to the first floor lead up form the kitchen.
At the top of the stairs there is a large spacious landing. Off to the right, at the back of the house, is a single bedroom. It's a nice bedroom which will easily accommodate a single bed etc.... there's a window which overlooks the rear yard and allows plenty of light in.

Across the landing, at the front of the Property, is a large Master Bedroom. Again like the rest of the house it benefits from neutral carpets and decor.

The bathroom is down the landing at the back of the house and comprises a pedestal wash basin, WC and fitted bath with ceramic tiles.

All in all we have a nice 2 up 2 down in an excellent area close to local shops and other amenities.
