" FULL DESCRIPTION Ainsworth Lord Estates Ltd is pleased to offer for rent this good-sized terraced house on Clarence Street in Darwen.

Clarence Street is a quiet street, which is tucked away near Hollins Grove area of Darwen, and just off the A666.

As you enter the house throught the front door and into the vestibule, you then go into the front lounge, which has been nicely decorated and benefits from Laminate Flooring and a coal effect gas fire.

The back room of the property is a second reception room that has been divided to accommodate a kitchen area.

The kitchen has plenty of room and lots of cupboard space. There is a built in Hob, Oven and Extractor.
