" Entering the property from the front, you need to go up a few steps to the side of the garden and enter by the UPVC front door. Front Reception Room: There is a large window which looks out over the front garden. Main Family Room, or rear reception room:It has additional storage space under the stairs, a good sized window to allow plenty of light in. The kitchen extension is at the back of the property and is accessed from the rear reception room. With ample white base and wall units, finsihed off with high-gloss black work tops, integrated oven, hob and extractor, matching tiles and decor. There is also a Double glazed window which looks out into the rear yard. There's also space and plumbing for a washing machine/dish washer. Access to the rear yard is through a UPVC door leading from the kitchen. The yards is 'L' shaped and very spacious and benefits from a patio area and secure back gate which leads into the back alleyway. Master Bedroom: This is a big room benefiting from a fully fitted bedroom suite of furniture. The front window looks out to the fornt of the property and has fitted verticle blinds.
