Situated in a very popular residential location, just minutes from all the local amenites Darwen has to offer, and within a few minutes frm the M65, this property is perfect for a couple, a small family, or someone wanting to down-size to a smaller affordable property.

Entering the property throught the front door, and through the vestibule, there is a tastefully decorated lounge, with modern fire and fire surround.

From the lounge and passiing by the bottom of the stairs, you go into the large kitchen/diner. The kitchen has been fitted to give maximum use of space.
