" FULL DESCRIPTION Ainsworth Lord Estates are pleased to be offering for rent another pleasant property, situated in a popular location close to Darwen town centre, the train station and local schools.

Situated on Olive Lane, this affordable property would be perfect for anyone looking for a good-sized 2 bedroom house with decent sized kitchen and lounge.

Entering by the front door, there is a vestibule before you go into the lounge.

The Lounge is a decent sized room, and decorated to a good standard, with matching carpets and curtains. There's also a feature fireplace with gas fire built in.

A large Kitchen Diner is situated at the rear of the property and is accessed from the back of the lounge. You can see from the pictures, we have a proper good sized kitchen diner here, with modern beech-effect units, built-in oven, gas hob and extractor, and ample work surface areas.

There's also good quality cushion flooring (and a dining table if you need it).

The staircase to the first floor is situated in the lounge.
