Situated in an excellent location, close to local schools and within easy reach of local shops and the M65 Motorway, with the added bonus of being on a main bus route and only a few minutes form both Darwen & Blackburn town centres.

Outside...
At the front of the property we have a nice and easy to maintain garden.
There is plenty of easy parking close to the property offering easy access to the front and rear of this well-situated house.

Inside..
As you enter through the front door, there is a nice vestibule that leads to a spacious hallway.

The first room you come to on your right is the Front Reception Room.
Here we have a bright and recently decorated lounge with new carpets and a large window that looks out over the front garden. A feature fireplace with inset living flame coal effect gas fire is positioned neatly in the chimney breast.

At the end of the hallway, we have a large second Reception Room. This is a big room!
