" An exceptionally well presented house within this conversion of a Grade II Listed former hospital. Overlooking the park-like grounds to the south side with far reaching views beyond this is definitely a house with some "extras".

The accommodation comprises entrance hall, sitting/dining room with views, fitted kitchen with a range of appliances, two double bedrooms (one with dressing area) and a bathroom. Gas central heating. Allocated parking. Park-like communal grounds.

DIRECTIONS

From Wells follow signs for The Horringtons (B3139) via St Thomas Street and then Bath Road. Turn right at the top of the hill and pass Wells Golf Course. Take the next turning left into South Horrington. Follow the road around the front and far side of the building and 28 West Court can be found on the right hand side (the fourth of the turnings all of which are signposted West Court).

LOCATION

Set in a new village on the eastern outskirts of Wells giving easy access to Bristol and Bath. Wells city centre is only about 2 miles away. Wells is the smallest Cathedral city in England and offers a wide choice of shops and facilities including a particularly good range of schools (both state and private). Bristol and Bath lie c.22 miles to the North and North East respectively.
