" A 1920's built semi detached house set in a good sized plot with enormous scope to extend (stpp). Enjoying a southerly garden with pleasant views to the rear the property is set just off Ash Lane (one of the city's most popular areas).

The accommodation comprises entrance hall, sitting room with feature fire, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom. Gas central heating. Garden to the front and rear. Garage and parking.

DIRECTIONS
From the centre of Wells follow signs for Wookey Hole via Wookey Hole Road. Take the first turning right into Ash lane and the next right into Mary Road. The property can be found on the right hand side with a fore sale board displayed. .

LOCATION
Set in a quiet and rarely available road just off Ash Lane and within easy reach of the city centre and a number of schools. Wells is the smallest Cathedral city in England and offers a wide choice of shops and facilities including a particularly good range of schools (both state and private).
