" An Ultra-Modern stylish three bedroom town house perched on a south facing slope overlooking Radstock and the surrounding countryside. The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of Radstock in the catchment area for popular schools. The current owners have carried out significant works to bring the property to its current state including creating a beautiful landscaped garden with an elevated terrace affording lovely views. The accommodation comprises entrance hall with ceramic tiled floor. Cloak room fitted with a white suite comprising low level WC and corner hand wash basin. The majority of the ground floor is taken up by a wonderful open plan kitchen dining room with Karndean tiled floor, windows and a door to the rear leading onto the elevated wood decked terrace. The kitchen area has a fully fitted kitchen with high gloss units, solid block wood worktops, inset Siemens 4 burner electric induction hob with matching splash back and filter hood over.  Below is a Siemens double electric oven.  There is also a Siemens integrated dishwasher. The airing cupboard is also located here and a skylight floods the room with natural day light.  Externally there is a block paved drive to the front providing off road parking for two vehicles.  A shared side access gate path leads via a wood gate to the rear south facing garden.  The garden is fully landscaped and divided into two levels.  The lower level is hard landscaped with a flagstone patio well stocked borders, and an area of artificial turf.  Steps lead up the a decking area for al-fresco dining with lovely views.  Underneath is an under croft with a store room/childrens play area.  This is a truly lovely property in a wonderful location and early viewing is recommended.
