" We are always pleased to get houses to sell in this road and this particular property is no exception! The living accommodation is well presented and comprises on the ground floor an entrance porch, spacious sittingdining room with French doors to the rear garden and a fitted kitchen. On the first floor there is a light and airy landing with a walk in cupboard, three good size bedrooms and a modern family shower room. Outside there is a front garden and a fully enclosed south facing rear garden, a drive and single garage. Other features include PVCu double glazing and a gas central heating system with the boiler having been replaced just a few years ago.
