" The property is believed to have been built in 1969 and is set in a corner plot which is slightly elevated with views over the Bathampton Valley and towards Solsbury Hill.

The present owner has extended the house to provide an extra reception room at ground floor level and the accommodation now provides four good size bedrooms with a bathroom and a newly fitted wet room on the ground floor.

The property provides three reception rooms, two of which, the living room and dining room, can be opened into one by a sliding door.

To the rear of the property there is a good size kitchen/breakfast room which leads out onto a well enclosed private garden to the rear.

Hantone Hill comprises a development of properties built within the late 60?+?s and located on the eastern outskirts of Bath off the A36 Warminster Road.
