" This Georgian semi-detached family home is situated on Widcombe Hill, in one of Baths most desirable locations. It has good accommodation spread over five floors and is in need of a full comprehensive renovation throughout. The property also benefits from views, gardens and is chain Free.

Location This Georgian home is situated in one of Baths most sought after residential locations, in an elevated position on Widcombe Hill just a stones throw away from the City Centre with its many facilities, cultural, social and recreational amenities. At the foot of the hill you have Widcombe High Street with a selection of independent shops, bars and restaurants. Bath Spa railway station has a mainline services to London Paddington and South Wales. Bath Recreation Ground, the home of Bath Rugby, is also only a short distance away. A number of excellent schools are all within a short drive including Prior Park, King Edwards, Bathwick St Marys and The Paragon, whilst Bath University can be found at the top of Widcombe Hill in Claverton Down. Internal Description Internally the property boasts five floors all of which require complete renovation. There is an abundance of period features throughout, from feature fire places, ornate cornices to sash windows.
