" Featuring one of the most amazing gardens I have seen in a while set in a fantastic corner plot is this three bedroom semi detached family home. Tucked away in the far corner of the ever popular Hansford Square backing onto Entry Hill Golf Course is this smashing semi approached via a gravelled driveway which leads to a detached single garage. A pretty garden mainly laid to lawn surrounded by flower beds is found at the front of the property. The front door then opens into an entrance hall with stairs leading to the first floor with a WC under the stairs. At the front of the property is a bayed sitting room with a dining room at the rear and patio doors onto the rear garden. The kitchen is also at the rear and also has a door onto the garden. On the first floor the landing leads to three bedrooms all of a good size and a bathroom comprising of a white suite. The rear garden is superb. The garden begins with a large lawn with some really attractive and well planted trees and shrubs. An arch through a large hedge then opens to the remainder of the garden with an even bigger lawn, summer house, trees and shrubs and a composting area. The location is superb with good access to the city via Entry Hill and enjoying a regular bus service to the city.
