" This substantial family home is located on a sloping and beautifully landscaped plot of 0.37 acre overlooking the Entry Hill Golf Course in the foreground. Built some 28 years ago and providing extensive and well proportioned accommodation over three floors the flexible layout offers bedrooms on the ground and upper floors. The master bedroom is on the upper floor along with an ensuite bathroom, two further bedrooms with cupboards and eaves storage and a family bathroom. On the ground floor, off the main hall is a west facing guest bedroom and bathroom with the study making an ideal fifth bedroom if needed. The superb double aspect reception room has a gas coal effect fire and doors leading to the paved terrace. The dining room leads off the main sitting room and is complemented by the double aspect kitchen breakfast room which also leads out to the terrace and a utility room. On the south eastern slopes of the Wellsway the location is on a regular bus route for the city and surrounds.
