" A charming semi-detached period home with the added benefit of a studio annex at the end of the garden. Encompassing a wonderful blend of period character with modern fixtures the interior design and attention to detail within the house and the garden are superb. The property is entered through the rear of the house into a bright and modern kitchen/breakfast room. This room has been extended with a glazed conservatory creating a fantastic space. Behind the kitchen is utility room with a door leading onto the rear garden. The kitchen then leads into a dining room with an Ashlar fireplace housing a wood burning stove creating a nice focal point plus an under stairs cupboard offering an excellent storage space.
