" A semi detached family home that has been cleverly enhanced with a two storey side extension. The property is approached via a tarmac drive with additional parking to the side on a gravelled area. The ground floor accommodation begins with an entrance hall leading into a roomy bay fronted sitting room with a beautiful period style fireplace. Doors lead into a sociable kitchen/breakfast room which then opens into a conservatory which is currently used as a dining area. There are two doors leading from the kitchen and the conservatory giving access onto the rear garden. In the extension on the ground floor is a study and a shower room which could be used as a fourth bedroom with an en-suite. On the first floor are three bedrooms with built in wardrobes in the master bedroom. The bathroom design is excellent incorporating a roll top bath, double shower cubicle, low level WC and wash hand basin with plenty of space to move around.
