The property has the following accommodation: Entrance hall, lounge, kitchen including utility area, conservatory, 4 bedrooms, bathroom, gas central heating, double glazing and rear garden. Viewing is advised.

Haycombe Drive is situated in a predominately residential district of Bath. Local shopping facilities are nearby in the busy Moorland Road. A regular bus service goes from Haycombe Road and Sladebrook Road, to and from Bath City Centre. Local schools that serve the area include Oldfield Park and Southdown Primary schools and Hayesfield, Beechen Cliff and Culverhay Secondary schools.

Travel outof Bath along the Lower Bristol Road. Take a left into Jews Lane and continue up the hill. Turn left into the Hollow and proceed to the mini roundabout. At the roundabout turn right into Haycombe Drive. Follow Haycombe Drive around to the left, number 108 is on the right hand side approx 500 yards along.
