" A three bedroom semi-detached bungalow set in the heart of Southdown. Positioned in a good size plot the property provides well balanced accommodation along with front and rear gardens, off street parking and garaging.

Location The Hollow is well situated amongst a thriving local community benefitting from a broad range of amenities and services. Just around the corner Rush Hill currently provides a local Doctors Surgery, Post Office, dental surgery and garden centre. Furthermore, there are a number of excellent primary and secondary schools all within easy reach including the new Co-educational Bath Community Academy, Southdown Primary School and St Gregory's Catholic College. The property also benefits from being a short drive away from the popular Bear Flat area and all the amenities that it offers. A local bus service provides links to the City Centre, the City of Bristol and surrounding local towns and villages. Internal Description You access the property from the front into an entrance hall which all the rooms lead off. Firstly to your left you have the bay fronted master bedroom with double glazed windows with views out over the front garden. Bedroom two is also to the front of the house and has fully fitted wardrobes that run the length of one side of the room. Behind bedroom two you have another room that can either be used as a third bedroom or as another reception room depending on your needs. This room has a built in cupboard and a window to the side.
