" House-Hut estate agents present this lovely one bedroom property is beautifully presented and just ready to move into. The property comes with a fully fitted kitchen including integrated appliances, stylish modern bathroom and off road parking. The property is located in a small cul-de-sac on a popular residential area on the west side of town.

The accommodation comprises storm porch, entrance hall with under stairs storage cupboard. Open plan living room with with a window to the side with fitted blinds and wood effect laminate flooring and stairs to the first floor. A wide arch leads to the kitchen which had a new Benchmark kitchen fitted in 2013 and comprises a range of stylish high gloss white wall and floor units and laminate worktops with an inset stainless steel sink. Inset New World 4 burner gas hob with filter hood over and matching oven under. Under counter integrated Indesit fridge and washing machine. A window on the first floor landing provides natural light and there is an airing cupboard which houses the hot water tank and immersion heater. The bedroom is of a good size and has a built in wardrobe. The bathroom has also been refurbished and has a white suite comprising panel bath with chrome mixer tap and shower attachment, low level dual flush WC and hand washbasin in vanity unit with cupboard under.   The property has PVCu double glazed windows and electric panel heaters.  Externally there is a small garden to the front and side and a bin storage area adjacent to the house.  There is a parking area close by where an allocated parking space will be found.    This is a superb starter home or for investment and early viewing is recommended.

The A350 and A36 are close by and offers swift access to the M4 and A303. Bristol International airport is also just a 45 minute drive away.
