" A very well presented spacious detached house tucked away at the end of a small cul-de-sac in a sought after location on the western side of town. Accommodation comprises, Entrance hall, Living room, dining room, recently, newly fitted modern kitchen/breakfast room, utility room, newly fitted downstairs cloakroom, four good size bedrooms/master ensuite and a family bathroom. There is a good size and well designed rear garden which is not overlooked giving a good degree of privacy and to the front of the property is a block paved driveway and a shingle driveway offering parking for several vehicles and leading to the double garage. The property has Upvc double glazing and a gas central heating system throughout. An early viewing of this spacious family house is highly recommended.

Situation
The property is situated in Were Close at the end of a cul-de-sac on a corner plot on the western side of Warminster. The town centre itself is approximately half a mile distant with its range of shops and amenities to include schools for all ages the local sports/leisure centre and town park and lake. On leaving Move estate agents in the Market Place proceed through the traffic lights into the High Street and on reaching the mini roundabout go straight across into George Street and at the next mini roundabout proceed straight across into Silver Street. Follow this road along and on reaching the 'Obelsisk' turn left into Vicarage Street and follow the road around. On reaching the Grovelands roundabout turn right into Grovelands following the road around to the left and take your second left into Were Close. On entering Were Close follow the road ahead and number 18 can be found set at the end of the cul-de-sac on the right hand side of the road.
