" A very well presented and updated modern terraced house which has been recently extended downstairs to give another reception room. Accommodation comprises, Entrance hall, fitted kitchen, living room, dining room/family room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside there is a good size garden to the rear, (which is currently in the process of a new patio being laid), garden to the front and at the end of the terrace there is a driveway leading to a single garage. The property has Upvc double glazing and a gas central heating system. An early and internal viewing is highly recommended.

Situation
The property can be located in The Teasels which lies approximately quarter a mile from Warminster town centre with its range of shops and amenities including schools for all ages and the local sports/leisure centre. For the commuter there is access to the A303 turnk road close by, whilst the rail commuter can access the main line station to London Paddington via the Westbury connection. Further nearby family attractions include, Longleat, Center Parcs and Shearwater.

Directions
From our office in the Market Place proceed through the traffic lights, down the High Street and over the mini roundabout into George Street, on reacing the next mini roundabout go straight across into Silver Street and on reaching the 'Obelisk' turn left into Vicarage Street. Follow this road around taking your first left into Pound Street and then second left into Cobbett Place which in turn becomes The Teasels. Number 9 can be found along on the left hand side of the road.
