" We are pleased to offer in our opinion this well presented Detached chalet style bungalow which has undergone some external updating over the last couple of years situated at the end of a cul-de-sac on the southern side of Warminster in a popular residential location. Accommodation comprises, Entrance porch, entrance hall, sitting room, dining room

(currently being used as a third bedroom), fitted kitchen, utility room, downstairs shower room, first floor landing two further bedrooms one with ensuite. The property has Upvc double glazing and a gas central heating system, there is a spacious drive to the front with parking for a motor home or a couple of vehicles and leading to a single garage. There is a good size garden to the front and a larger than average enclosed rear garden. The property has had solar panels fitted over the last couple of years. An early viewing of this desirable property is highly recommended.

Situation
The property is situated in a corner position of Ludlow Close a popular cul-de-sac on the Southern side of Warminster town centre itself with its range of shops and amenities to include schools for all ages, Doctors and the local sports/leisure centre. For the commuter there is access to the A303 trunk road near by and for the rail commuter there are regular services to London Waterloo. Further near by attractions include, Longleat, Center Parcs and Shearwater.

On leaving our office in the Market Place turn left at the traffic lights on the corner of Weymouth Street. Follow this road straight ahead up and over the brow of the hill, go past the Bell and Crown public house and take your second right hand turning into Ludlow Close.
