Situation:
The property lies within the village of Maiden Bradley which is on the Wilts/Somerset border.and has a thriving village store/post office, a public house, church and hall. The towns of Frome, Warminster and Mere are all within 5 miles. The A303 is approximately 3 miles and the Georgian city of Bath lies approximately 17 miles.

Description:
Believed to date from the late 1600s this three bedroom three storey former silk workers house is in a poor state of repair and requires complete renovation. The houses to either side both have inglenook fireplaces and although there is a modest fireplace currently in number 63s sitting room the cupboard to the side would indicate that there was formally an inglenook to this room which may have been covered up through the years. The property has many original features including internal doors with hand forged latches. There are gardens to the front and rear mainly laid to lawn and backing onto fields.

From our offices in the Market Place proceed to the top of Bath Street at the mini roundabout carry straight across and then take the turning left just before the fire station into Keyford. At the traffic lights carry straight across and continue on this road for approximately 2 miles. On reaching the Frome bypass roundabout take the second exit sign posted Maiden Bradley carry along this road for approximately 4 miles and on entering the village of Maiden Bradley take the turning right at the cross roads and the property will be found on the right hand side marked by a 'For Sale' sign.
