" Located on the most popular Nunney Road in Frome, a semi detached home with large garden, driveway parking and cellar. Benefitting from PVCu double glazing and gas central heating and with a host of period features such as Victorian tiled hallway floor, original fitted cupboards and fireplaces. The accommodation consist of an entrance porch leading to the entrance hall where stairs lead to the first floor and there is a door and steps down to the cellar. This additional useful space has windows to the front and side, central heating and good ceiling height. The sitting room has a bay window to the front and open fireplace with ornate surround. The dining room has a French door to the garden and a feature fireplace.  The kitchen has a window to the side and built in cupboards.  A free standing sink unit with taps and space and supply for a fridge with worktop over.  Space and supply for an electric cooker.  A fireplace with painted surround and a door leads to the inner hall which in turn has a door to the garden.  The utility room has a window to the rear, space and supply for a fridge/freezer and plumbing and space for a washing machine.  The cloakroom has a window to the rear and a wash hand basin and W.C.  The useful cellar is very spacious and has been tanked.  On the first floor there is a hatch to the loft which other similar properties in the street have converted to an additional bedroom. There are three good sized bedrooms, the two largest having pretty painted cast iron fireplaces and a bathroom.  The bathroom has a window to the front elevation and a panelled bath and separate shower cubicle, pedestal wash hand basin and W.C.  Externally the front garden is surrounded by stone walling and filled with mature shrubs and flower with steps up to the front door.  There is tarmaced driveway parking for several vehicles.  The rear garden has a large patio area and the long garden is filled with an abundance of mature shrubs, trees and bushes.
