" House-Hut present this extended four bedroom semi detached home is in a popular residential location with easy access to local facilities and the town centre. The property is presented in good decorative order and includes a master bedroom with a luxurious well appointed en suite bathroom. The property benefits from gas central heating, PVCu double glazed windows and includes carpets and floor coverings.

The accommodation comprises entrance hall, living room with French doors to the garden. Dining room with a wide arch to the kitchen giving a spacious open plan feel.
