Frome is a historic market town with many attractive listed buildings and streets offering a range of shopping facilities, pubs, restaurants and cafes. There are 2 theatres, a cinema and sports centre as well as good communication links with a train station and regular bus services to Bath.

The house is approached up some steps and the accommodation includes a small entrance hall, a living room with an electric fire, a kitchen with space for a fridge freezer, cooker and washing machine. There is access to the rear garden from the kitchen.

Upstairs are 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 single) and a bathroom with an electric shower over the bath.

There is a lawned area to the front of the house. The rear garden has a decking area with a small pond and then woodenstone steps up to a further area which is currently undergoing works and will be lawned. There is a wooden gate for rear access. The garden is not suitable for young children due to the steepness of the steps.

There is parking to the front of the property and views across the fields beyond.
