" House-Hut Estate Agents present this larger than average two bedroom home in a quiet cul-de sac in a popular residential area on the Bath side of town close to local shops. The property is end terrace and comes complete with two parking spaces adjacent two the house. This home has gas central heating and PVCu double glazed windows  which were installed in 2008. 

The accommodation comprises entrance hall, living room with carpet and French doors to the garden and a fully fitted kitchen on the ground floor.  The kitchen is fitted with a range of wall and floor units, laminated work tops and inset stainless steel sink.  There is space for the usual appliances and a wall mounted gas fired boiler.  On the upper floor there are two good sized bedrooms, with a built in double wardrobe in the main bedroom
