" A well-presented two bedroom mid-terraced home situated in a quiet cul de sac whilst being within walking distance of the Town centre, children’s play park and local amenities. The property further benefits from gas central heating, double glazing, fully enclosed rear garden and driveway parking. An early viewing is highly recommended for this superb home! The accommodation comprises of an entrance porch leading through to the 14ft living room which is a lovely room with a window overlooking the front garden and stairs to the first floor landing. The kitchen is of a good size with a window looking out onto the rear garden and a door leading out onto the rear patio area. The kitchen comprises of a range of wall and floor units with rolled edge work surfaces over, inset stainless steel sink and drainer. Frome is an attractive market town and recently voted one of the top six places to live in England by The Times newspaper. It has a thriving town centre with many amenities, including a wide range of local and individual shops, a twice weekly market, banks, post office, two theatres, a number of music venues, a cinema, pubs and restaurants, a new local hospital, supermarkets, and a railway station with direct mainline services to London. There are good road links to London and the South West via the A303, M4 and M5 all of which are in reasonable reach. Mainline rail connections to London are also provided from Bath and nearby Westbury and Bristol International airport is also just a 45 minute drive away.
