A great detached family home in the popular village of Bathford.

This house in Dovers Park has been home to its current family since 2006 and in that time has undertaken general updating of which includes new gas central heating, an oak kitchen and new bathroom suite. The property is arranged over two floors and the accommodation is as follows; an entrance hall with stairs leading to the first floor, storage cupboard, solid wooden floor and door to the kitchen. An archway leads you through from the hallway into the sitting room, this room have a stone fireplace which provided a great focal point of the room and there is solid wooden floors which run throughout this room through an opening into to dining area. The kitchen and dining area are very much open plan to each other, the dining area provides a great space for a table with a window overlooking the rear garden while the kitchen is fully fitted with wall and base units finished in oak doors and integrated appliances. A rear lobby is accessed from the kitchen which provides access to a cloakroom, the integral garage which the owners also use as a utility area, and to the rear of the property is a further room with access into the garden. It is currently used as a fourth/guest bedroom but could provide space for a study or children’s playroom. On the first floor a central landing provides doors to all rooms. The master bedroom is at the rear of the property with a far reaching view across towards Bath. The second bedroom is also of double size and is at the front of the property along with the third single bedroom. A well finished family bathroom completed the first floor.

Externally there is a lawn garden with flower beds to the front along with a driveway up to the single garage. At the rear is again a lawn garden with flower beds, patio area and a shed, being detached the property has access around both sides of the house.
