Proceed east out of Bath on the London Road (A4). On reaching the bypass roundabout turn right along the bypass until you reach the next roundabout. Take the third exit signposted Bradford On Avon. Immediately after the railway bridge turn left onto Bathford Hill. Pass the village pub on your right and as you proceed up the hill, the property will be found on the right hand side.
