" This charming period property is believed to have been built in 1888 and was formally two cottages which have been combined to now provide a wonderfully light, spacious and beautifully presented terraced house.

The property effectively has three reception areas on the ground floor together with an attractive conservatory which leads out to a delightful walled garden to the rear, all of which have stunning views over the River Avon and Bathampton Meadows. On the first and second floor are five good size bedrooms, one of which on the upper floor, has a kitchenette and sitting room area within it, and it is possible this together with the fourth bedroom and shower room down below, could all be utilised as a separate letting unit.

The property has been well maintained and is set in an attractive quiet location.

This is a most attractive proposition and an internal viewing is highly recommended by the sole agents Cobb Farr.
