" This is lovely cul-de-sac and is part of a popular leafy residential suburb on the fringe of Batheaston. The road has access down to the local High Street, the A46 for the M4, and for the City of Bath. The local school at Batheaston is in a secluded woodland setting and always remains highly rated. Batheaston has a regular bus to the city centre and there are great local walks along the river and into the hills. The village boasts a doctor and dentists as well as a caf? and shops. This lovely home boasts open living spaces with a superb kitchen diner with granite worktops and penisular unit that has two double doors to the rear garden. This is a brilliant entertainment space.
