" 31 Kensington Gardens is an attractive and deceptively spacious five storey Victorian town house of very generous proportions. The property benefits from being end of terrace and conveniently has immediate access to Brunswick Street.

The accommodation which is tastefully presented throughout provides practical family space over several floors with the opportunity to create a completely self contained studio apartment in the lower ground floor.
