Occupying a fantastic position within the city, this 1930’s three bedroom semi-detached family home is in an elevated position which enjoys panoramic views of Bath.

Arundel Road is a quiet cul-de-sac and is within the Camden area of the city and the property is within great proximity to both St Stephens and St Saviours Primary Schools yet also within easy walking distance to the city centre. The property itself has previously taken part in the β€˜Bath Greener Homes 2013’ event and features high performance Danish windows and doors which contribute towards making it a very low energy house, in fact it uses roughly half the energy per year compared to a UK average household.

The accommodation is arranged over two floors, you are greeted by an entrance porch which then opens into the hallway. Here there are stairs leading to the first floor and also a door to the reception room. The living room offers both a sitting and dining area which reaches the depth of the house. The first double bedroom is to the front of the house with bay window and great built-in storage including wardrobes, the second double bedroom is to the rear of the house enjoying great views and the final bedroom is of single size and is again to the front of the house. The family bathroom completes the first floor and comprises a white suite including a shower over the bath.

Externally there is off-street parking to the front of the house which provides easy access from the car to the front door. There are mature shrubs and borders which give the front garden a lovely welcoming and friendly feel. At the rear is a private garden which has a large patio area directly leading off the house. There is access to a large walk-in undercroft, which is a great storage area and also houses the central heating boiler. The remainder of the garden is mainly laid to lawn with flower and shrub borders.
