" This bright, spacious house is just under a mile to the centre of the UNESCO World Heritage city of Bath. Wonderfully positioned for access to the city centre but in a popular residential area on the lower Camden slopes. The house has a real sense of style, with the vendor?s own bespoke touches and a lovely balance of period features and a contemporary finish. Local amenities can be found on Camden Road or London Road and include the popular Atelier Nursery, a useful chemists, a refurbished pub at The Claremont, supermarket, cafes, pubs and health centre. Larkhall also has an excellent array of independent shops and the walk into town via Walcot Street boasts some interesting shops and eateries.
