" 15 Belvedere is a charming, elegantly presented Grade II listed Georgian townhouse, with flexible and generously proportioned accommodation arranged over four floors. The property is in immaculate decorative order throughout and has been beautifully maintained by the current owners. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, one which is currently being used as a study, a shower room and separate WC. Conveniently this arrangement lends its self to offering independent space for a dependant relative, teenager or as possible B&B accommodation.
