" Cedric road is located in Weston and offers fantastic access to Bath city centre and surrounding areas. The road itself is permit parking only and there are bus stops to the city centre 0.1 miles away. The Royal United hospital is 0.1 miles away so is ideal for anyone working at the RUH. Local shops can be found 0.4 miles away and there are local schools, St Mary's primary school 0.7 miles, Oldfield secondary school 1 mile, and Weston all Saints Primary School. The property is accessed via a driveway with parking for three or four cars. The spacious entrance hallway gives access to all downstairs rooms. The kitchen is located to the rear and has been recently replaced. There are base and wall units, cooker, hob and extractor, fridge freezer and washing machine, breakfast bar with stools and a pantry. To the rear of the kitchen there is a downstairs cloakroom and a storage cupboard. The living/dining room is open plan and has been recently re-carpeted and re-decorated.
