" 11 Kennington Road is a beautifully presented five bedroom Victorian terraced family home, retaining a wealth of original period features and with generous accommodation arranged over three floors. On the ground floor there is an attractive sitting room to the front with a lovely period fireplace and a bay window with an appealing open aspect, in addition there is a further family room to the rear along with a spacious, contemporary, well equipped kitchen and breakfast room which has access to the rear garden.
