" 30 Yew Tree Close is a lovely three bedroom home in the heart of Lapworth. There a stunning open plan kitchen, formal sitting room and a great garden.

A short stroll from the centre of the village, past the Village Shop, up Station Lane and just before the very well regarded primary school and preschool you come to Yew Tree Close. No. 30 is immaculate and has been cleverly renovated. The recent extension of the kitchen has made the downstairs into a large, modern and sociable space. The architect has added a dining space with bifold doors looking out to the lovely garden. There is an effortless flow from the kitchen to the garden that is ideal for families. Planning permission has been granted to install a log burner in the kitchen.

The modern kitchen is fitted boasts oodles of storage and work surface space. The whole family can be together in this large room, all doing different things. It’s also a great social space for inviting friends around. The downstairs has underfloor heating to keep toes toasty on cold winters mornings. All windows are newly fitted.

The other room downstairs is the formal sitting room. The subtle decoration make this a calm and relaxing space, flooded by light from the two windows.
