" Valuers Notes: Yes this property does need cosmetic work, but the hard and expensive building work has been completed. If you were to take a normal 3 bedroom semi detached property, and put a 2 storey extension on the side to create 4 bedrooms, this would cost upwards of £35,000, excluding a loft conversion. Price per square foot, this is a well priced property. Spacious, in a nice area with 4 beds, and a loft room which could be used as a bedroom, scope to convert the garage, and a gate to the garden (don't under estimate this is you have ever had to take bins through your house), this is a great buy in my opinion.
